Adam has been a part of the TDC family for ten years. He holds a teaching credential and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, Irvine, CA. Adam taught for five years at local elementary schools, using his creativity and teaching experience to reach all of his students. Because of this innate ability, his students thrived and exceled in his classroom.

As manager, Adam coordinates all of the computer databases for our annual recital, schedules, registration, and costumes. He manages customer accounts and works hard to make sure that daily operations run smoothly, to best serve all Temecula Dance Company families.

Sam Beckford is the co-founder of one of North Americas largest Music and Dance Studios based in Vancouver, Canada with 3500 active student . He has a degree in business in addition to an arts background and is the co-author of 2 general small business books. Since 1999 he has been doing seminars, coaching and consulting about the business side of running a studio.

Suzanne Blake Gerety owner of On Pointe Media LLC, the parent company of DanceStudioOwner.com, is the daughter of Kathy Blake and Vice President of Kathy Blake Dance Studios.

She is a regularly featured contributor in various pieces for Dance Teacher Magazine including, "Ask the Experts", business articles, and has presented live workshops at Dance Media's Dance Teacher Summit in New York City and the Turn It Up Dance Challenge Conventions. Suzanne is a featured contributor in the The FabJob Guide to Become a Dance Studio Owner, FabJob Guides have been featured in stories at The Wall Street Journal and Entrepreneur Magazine sites.

In addition to a degree in Psychology and Child Development, Suzanne has training and experience in communication and leadership from one of the world's foremost personal development companies. She is the mother of two young children and is an advocate for dance education throughout the world. Suzanne brings the resources and support to current and future dance studio owners to help them achieve success.

Jeremy is a dance teacher, performer, choreographer, and entrepreneur. As an accomplished choreographer for the past 15 years, Jeremy has received accolades for his choreography on an international level.

For four years, he was a lead dancer with the world famous "Tap Dogs", performing in the off Broadway show in New York City, the Las Vegas company, and three national tours. Jeremy was also a principal jazz and tap dancer in the production "Liberty on the Street" which toured Japan.

Some of Jeremy's other accomplishments include television appearances on CNN, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, MTV Live, Home Team with Terry Bradshaw and the Magic Hour with Magic Johnson. Jeremy's stage credits include the part of Tommy Djilas in "Music Man" and Rolf in "The Sound of Music". He has coached and choreographed for the USA Tap Team and his students became the World Champions in the Children and Junior divisions.

Jeremy currently owns multiple businesses in Las Vegas including two dance studios (Summerlin Dance Academy and Southwest Dance Academy), two dancewear stores (The Dance Shoppe), a musical theater company (Broadway Bound), two frozen yogurt shops (Tops N Bottoms Frozen Yogurt), and an international dance competition (Thunderstruck Dance Productions).

The Federation of Dance Competitions recently awarded Jeremy's dance studios "Top Dance Studio in the Northwest Region".

Jeremy is also the father of four children and has been married for 13 years.

Frank Sahlein has been involved with the sport of Gymnastics since 1967 - as Gymnast, Coach, Club Owner, State Director, Consultant and Business Broker. Frank is a native of San Mateo, California and graduated from Hillsdale High School. He attended San Jose State University on a gymnastics scholarship, graduated in 1976, and moved to Boise, Idaho.

The amazing WINGS Center (under Frank's continuous direction since 1976) is a 35,000 s.f. "working lab" of synergistic programs. Frank pioneered the Children's Learning Opportunity Center (CLOC) concept - a unique blend of Sports Instruction, Child Care & Education, Entertainment and Outreach. The operational systems that Frank has designed allow the affairs of the Wings Center to be managed on a part-time basis. His wife, Shauna Swank-Sahlein has taken the lead at the Wings Center on a daily basis and also coordinates all Marketing efforts. These operational systems have set a viable template for Children's Activity Centers, and as a result Frank is sought nationwide by clients in our industry for customized consulting, expansion, valuation and brokerage services.

Angela and Steve have owned and directed a very successful dance studio in Fairfield, Connecticut since 1987. Their students have received scholarships and contracts to American Ballet Theater, Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, Nashville Ballet, Ballet Hispanico, Hartford Ballet as well as the National tours of "Fosse", "Fame" and "We Will Rock You" and on Broadway in "Chorus Line". In 2005 Music and Vocal was added to the studio's curriculum. Angela and Steve are on the faculty of Dance Educator's of America's Teacher Training program. Steve is the author of his Jazz Dance syllabus and together they authored their Partner syllabus both used for Teacher Training worldwide.

Angela served as Chairperson for the tri state panel of the Royal Academy Of Dancing and they have taught as guest faculty for Mt. Holyoke College, Michigan State University, The University of Arkansas, Yale University and Fairfield University. They teach Master Classes in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical Jazz and Partner work all over the world including residencies in England, Spain, Costa Rica and Mexico. From 2003-2005 they were presenting faculty for Dance Teacher Magazine's Summer Teacher's Conference in NYC. They continue to be active as adjudicators for major dance competitions. Recently they choreographed the opening production number for the National Speaker's Association at their annual convention at the Marriott Marquis on Broadway to over 2000 of the best speakers worldwide.

In 2007 Steve and Angela launched Dance Teacher Web, an online creative and business resource for teachers and studio owners from all over the world.
